Founded in 1925, only 34 years after Dr. James Naismith invented the sport of basketball, Philadelphia Oldheads Basketball is the oldest non-professional basketball organization in the world that is still in existence.* Throughout our 100-year history, our teams have featured hall-of-famers, ABA and NBA all stars, and world champions.*

When the Philly Oldheads show up to the court, exptect to be dominated by our annoying fundamentals on offense, aggressive team defense, and all-out hustle. Our offense features non-stop pick-and-rolls, hook shots, pump fakes, and bank shots. On defense, we switch everything, box out, and use all team fouls available. Our trash talk is world class, second to none.
